Using this approach allows for the relief of the frustration and anxiety experienced by some Alzheimer/ Dementia patients as they seek for exists within these environments. The concept is to replace clinical looking doors with warm imagery which creates homelike or familiar environments which can also serve to enhance security for the residents too.
