Update on our current situation...

Following with our current developing situation with the Coronavirus pandemic, we've decided that more than ever....

We need art. We need connection & conversation.

In an effort to try to drown the noise of panic and disruption of the normal rhythm of life - along with the closure of so many galleries, exhibitions and projects we are determined to continue this project by bringing our work to you through our website.

With having no access to facilities at Manchester Metropolitan University and with our face to face group meetings postponed - we made a decision to continue meeting, talking and sharing through online platforms and having our meetings through video conferences.

With this in mind we are still all making and producing works individually for the mural as well as individual pieces that will be displayed in separate frames. All of these individual pieces will be scanned so we can still contribute to the digital mural. Thus meaning that once this piece is finished it will be ready for production after this current situation has blown over and our individual pieces will be ready to be framed - so eventually our project will have the end result of being displayed in the elderly care ward, as planned.

Meanwhile we will be creating an online gallery space with an exhibition coming up soon which will feature our works and the collective mural.
